By that date, we are required to hold a community meeting where homeowners will vote on whether to continue regulating our public roads. For this vote to be valid, a quorum must be present at the meeting, and a majority of homeowners need to vote in favor of keeping our regulations. If the vote passes, we will record the decision with the county, allowing us to maintain control over our public roads. However, if the vote fails or no vote takes place, we will lose this authority, and our current rules will expire.

Without these regulations, larger vehicles like RVs, boats, semi-trucks, portable bathrooms, and storage pods could be parked on our streets, creating safety hazards and negatively affecting the appearance of the neighborhood.
